DOCUMENTS: We send your Client Forms - Client Contract and Client Questionnaire directly to you by email. Please let us know if you have a specific industry you are targeting, as we may provide an 'industry specific' questionnaire for you as well to drill down and capture keywords and expertise within your specific industry. 3. RESOURCES: If you ordered the Gold or Platinum Package, we will send you a separate email with log in credentials to immediately access the Job Search Success System. GETTING STARTED: Return ALL of your Client documents to include: Client Contract, completed Client Questionnaire, current/previous resumes, [up to 10 years of performance evaluations for military clients], and any additional relevant documents you may want to include. 5. LET'S TALK: Schedule your 30 or 45 minute personal STRATEGY & BRANDING session. We will ask targeted questions to identify and capture your brand positioning, and assist with creating a marketing strategy for identifying positions and companies for targeting your job search. We can also use this time to address any unique concerns you may have about your situation. 6. CREATIVE PROCESS: Resumes are crafted using a variety of marketing techniques to address 3 levels of decision makers - the Applicant Tracking System - the discerning HR Generalist- and the Hiring Manager. Resume creation will vary in development time from approximately 8 to 15 business days, depending on the type of resume and scope of labor involved. A Triple-Certified resume writer is crafting each document and no writing is contracted out. Supplemental documents: Cover Letters, Thank You Letters, Reference Sheets, and LinkedIn Profiles are crafted once the resume content and styling have been approved. 7. REVISIONS: You get 2 Rounds of Revisions: Your complete satisfaction and confidence in your career documents are our goal! Revisions are to be provided within 7 days of receipt of the first draft of any document, and may be provided through track changes, email, or fax. Within the two rounds of revisions, any changes you provide will be made. 8.
